Job summary

Vestis Corporation in Missouri is seeking a dedicated delivery driver to operate a step van, manage daily routes, and ensure timely, accurate service to a diverse client base. You will load/unload, verify invoices, promote services, and develop new business while providing excellent customer service and maintaining safety and vehicle standards.

Must be 21+, have a valid driver’s license (not CDL), strong math and basic computer skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced

Qualifications

High school degree or equivalent.
Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Strong math and basic computer skills.
Demonstrated experience selling services/products and generating new business preferred.
Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a company step van to provide products and service to clients.
Verify daily maintenance and maintain operator documentation.
Manage daily route independently to ensure timely delivery.
Load/unload product per policies and guidelines.
Review invoices daily for accuracy and make corrections as needed.
Meet sales goals and promote route growth to increase profitability.
Develop leads, call on prospective customers, prepare service agreements, and install new accounts.
Communicate services, policies, and pricing clearly to customers.
Monitor customer feedback and address issues promptly.
Follow safety practices and perform duties within scope.
