Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in Colorado Springs is seeking a full-time delivery associate to service local stores on an early-morning route.

You will drive a PepsiCo truck, check in orders, unload products, stock shelves, and rotate inventory while building strong relationships with store managers to drive sales on national and local initiatives.

Qualifications

Quick Look

• Pay: $64,000 Annual Target

• Location: Colorado Springs, CO

• Work Days: Sunday-Saturday. Relief Role: working days are based on the route that is being covered that week. Could work 6-10 days straight.

• Start Time: 4 AM

• End Time: End time varies based on route completion and business needs

Minimum Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

What You’ll Do

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
