Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in Salem, Oregon is seeking a delivery driver to operate a PepsiCo truck on a local route, stock shelves, and ensure timely delivery to stores.

This full-time role requires a valid driver’s license, the ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and a flexible schedule with a variable start time (3:00 AM–6:00 AM) and two days off per week, with on-the-job training and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
