Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. Portland, OR is seeking a full-time route delivery associate to drive a PepsiCo truck and serve local stores on a dynamic route schedule.

You will deliver and check in orders, unload products, stock shelves, and rotate stock to ensure product freshness for customers. Training is provided for tools and processes used during the day.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.

• Pay: $67200 Annual Target

• Location: Portland, OR

• Work Days: Variable schedule, 2 days off per week

• Start Time: Start times vary by route type - as early as 2:30AM

• End Time: When work is completed
