Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a route delivery driver in Columbia, MO to service local stores on a daily route. You will drive a PepsiCo truck, deliver and check in orders, stock shelves, and rotate inventory to maintain freshness and quality for consumers.

The role emphasizes building strong relationships with store managers, executing national and local initiatives, and maintaining accurate records with provided tools. On-the-job training is offered in a fast-paced, active environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Ability to frequently lift 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.

Quick Look

• Pay: $64,000 Annual Target

• Location: Columbia, MO

• Work Days: 5 days a week. Days-off vary

• Start Time: Between 5-7 AM each day.

• End Time: When the work is completed. Avg shift 8-12 hrs

Minimum Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
