Job summary

PepsiCo seeks a dedicated route driver to service Tillamook area stores, delivering and checking in orders, stocking shelves, and rotating inventory for freshness. Early shift starting around 4:00–6:00 AM ensures timely deliveries and strong store presence.

You'll train on systems, build relationships with store managers, and execute local and national initiatives while maintaining accurate daily records.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
