PepsiCo in Tulsa, OK is seeking a full-time Route Delivery Driver. You will start early, drive a PepsiCo truck, deliver and check-in orders, unload products, stock shelves, and build strong relationships with store managers to drive sales and display execution.

On-the-job training is provided in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for long-term career growth and competitive pay. This role emphasizes safety and reliability on local routes.

Formación

• 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsabilidades

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
