Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in Lubbock, TX is seeking a full-time Route Delivery Driver. You will drive a PepsiCo truck, deliver and check in orders, stock shelves, and rotate inventory while building strong relationships with local store managers.

The role requires lifting up to 40 lbs, a valid driver's license with insurance, and the ability to obtain required licenses. On-the-job training and a fast-paced environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs.
• Ability to drive a PepsiCo truck on a route and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams, collecting proof of delivery when needed.
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, rotate inventory for freshness and quality.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales and secure displays.

• Location: Lubbock, TX




• Work Days: Variable work schedule, 2 days off per week




• Start Time: Average start time is 2 AM - 5 AM




• End Time: when work is complete

Minimum Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older

What You’ll Do

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care

• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers


• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)


• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
