Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a deliveryDriver to run routes in Mississippi, loading, unloading, and stocking products such as Lay's, Doritos and Cheetos. You’ll build relationships with store teams and help execute national and local programs.

The role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift 40 lbs, and willingness to work varied schedules with early start times. On‑the‑job training and full benefits are included.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams and collect proof of delivery when needed.
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools.
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales and execute initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
