Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in Lansing, MI is hiring a full-time delivery driver to run local routes, unload and stock products, and build strong relationships with store managers. You'll operate with speed and attention to detail across busy store environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
