Job summary

PepsiCo in Swink, CO is hiring a delivery driver for a route-based role starting at 4 AM with end times varying by route completion. You will deliver, check in orders, unload, stock shelves, rotate inventory, and manage daily records with provided tools on a walk-driven schedule.

Training is provided and you’ll build strong relationships with local store managers. Applicants must be 21+, hold a valid driver’s license with insurance proof, and be able to obtain any required state licenses.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives

• Work Days: Variable work schedule, 2 days off per week
