Job summary

PepsiCo seeks a full-time route delivery driver in Clarendon, VT to service local stores with PepsiCo products. Start times are 3:00 am – 6:00 am with 48–52 hour weeks. You will drive a PepsiCo truck, stock shelves, and build relationships with store teams.

Training is provided and the role offers growth opportunities with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives

• Location: Clarendon, VT
• Work Days: Two days off per week guaranteed but exact days off each week may vary. Early mornings, holidays, weekends expected. Hours range between 48-52 per week.
• Start Time: 3:00 am - 6:00 am
• End Time: End time is when work is completed
