Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a route driver in Clarendon, VT to service local stores and stock shelves with priority on freshness and display integrity.

Starting at 3:00 am, you will work 48–52 hours per week with two days off; early mornings and weekends are required. The role includes on-the-job training and health/lifestyle benefits as part of the full-time package.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
