Job summary

PepsiCo in Swink, CO is hiring a route delivery driver. Start time is 4 AM with a variable end time depending on route completion. The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 40 lbs, and a schedule with two days off per week.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
