Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a route delivery driver to service local stores in Taos, NM. The role involves driving a PepsiCo truck on a scheduled route, delivering and checking in orders, unloading products, stocking shelves, and maintaining inventory records using provided tools.

You will build strong relationships with store managers to support sales initiatives. The position offers on-the-job training, a high-energy environment, and competitive benefits as a full-time team member.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.

• Schedule: Variable schedule, 2 days off per week,From 12am to 6am depending on the route -When work is completed
