Job summary

PepsiCo in Arlington Heights is seeking a route delivery driver to service local stores, stock shelves, and ensure freshness. You will drive a PepsiCo truck on a defined route, deliver orders, and verify delivery with stores.

The role involves lifting up to 40 lbs, building relationships with store managers, and training provided. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Bring beloved brands like Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos to your community and keep shelves stocked for the people who depend on them.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.

Pay: $66,200 Annual Target

Schedule: 5, Varies between 4-6 AM - When work is completed
