Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a dedicated route driver to service local stores on a PepsiCo route in the Burlington area. You will drive a PepsiCo truck, deliver orders, check-in with store teams, unload products, stock shelves, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness during every shift.

The role requires early morning hours and an ability to lift up to 40 lbs, with on-the-job training and a focus on building strong relationships with store managers to grow sales and execute national and local initiatives.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
