Job summary

PepsiCo in Burlington, WA is seeking a route delivery driver responsible for driving a PepsiCo truck on local routes, delivering to stores, stocking shelves, and maintaining inventory accuracy throughout the day. You will build relationships with store personnel and participate in local and national initiatives.

The role requires lifting up to 40 lbs, a valid driver's license, and flexibility with a variable schedule. Full-time employment with competitive pay and benefits is provided.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives

• Schedule: Variable schedule, 2 days off per week, 3:00 am - When route is complete. 9-10 hours per day.
