Job summary

PepsiCo in Aberdeen, NC is seeking a delivery driver to service local stores on a route. You will drive a PepsiCo truck, deliver and check in orders, unload product, stock shelves, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness.

This full-time role offers on-the-job training, a fast-paced environment, and health and lifestyle benefits. Schedule is variable with 2 days off per week; average shifts 2am start, 12–14 hours.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.

• Stock beloved brands like Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos to keep shelves stocked for customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute initiatives.
