Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a route driver to serve local Lawrence, KS retailers. You will operate a PepsiCo truck, deliver orders, unload products, stock shelves, and manage inventory while maintaining accurate records with provided tools.

Build strong relationships with store managers to drive sales and execute local initiatives. This full-time position requires early start times (2am–6am) and a physically active role, with weekly hours around 45+.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid drivers license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
