Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a delivery driver for Liberal, KS on a full-time route job with an early 2am–6am start. Expect a five-day workweek with two varying days off and shifts of 8–12 hours depending on market needs.

You will drive the PepsiCo truck, unload, stock, and rotate inventory, and maintain daily records using provided tools. Build strong relationships with store managers to grow sales and secure displays.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
