Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a dedicated delivery associate in Hollister, MO to stock shelves, deliver orders, and build strong relationships with local stores. You’ll drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, ensuring accurate deliveries and freshness of products like Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos.

This full-time role includes on-the-job training, a 5-day workweek starting between 5 and 7 AM, and a health and lifestyle benefits package to support a long-term career at PepsiCo.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives

Job description

• Pay: $62,100 Annual Target

• Location: Hollister, MO

• Work Days: 5 days a week.

• Start Time: Start times range from 5-7 AM each day.

• End Time: End times depend on when the work is completed. Expected average is between 8-12 hours days from start of shift.
