Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a full-time delivery driver to operate in the DeForest, WI area. You will drive a PepsiCo truck on a local route, deliver orders to stores, stock shelves, rotate inventory, and maintain daily records using provided tools. Training is provided, and you will build relationships with store managers to support sales initiatives.

The role involves physical tasks, lifting up to 40 lbs, and working varying days from the relief pool. Competitive pay and full-time benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid drivers license with proof of insurance; ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Frequent lifting of up to 40 lbs; ability to perform physical tasks associated with stocking and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.

Schedule: Scheduled work days: Candidate will start in the relief pool so days will vary., Start time approximately, 4-5am Work until schedule is complete

Minimum Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
