Job summary

PepsiCo is hiring for a delivery role in Arlington Heights, IL. You will drive a PepsiCo truck, deliver to local stores, stock shelves, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness. Training is provided, and you’ll build strong relationships with store managers to grow sales and execute initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
