Job summary

PepsiCo in Summit Argo, IL seeks a route delivery associate to service local stores, stock shelves, and maintain accurate records. The role involves early mornings, physical work, and constant interaction with store teams to ensure timely deliveries.

You will drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, manage proof of delivery, rotate inventory for freshness, and build trusted relationships with managers to support promotions and in-store displays.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
