Job summary

Alsco Uniforms seeks a Route Relief/Utility RSR to support the Service Department by covering routes, performing service tasks, and assisting with up-selling and cross-selling. Reports to the District Manager.

The role emphasizes delivering excellent customer service, maintaining accurate route paperwork, and safely operating a delivery vehicle on a daily route. Benefits include life and disability insurance, paid time off, and flexible payment options.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license.
• Minimum one year experience in safe driving and route operation.
• Excellent customer service and route sales skills.
• Strong English communication; good time management and teamwork.
• Ability to recognize colors, sizes, and types of product.

Responsibilities

• Perform all responsibilities of a Route Sales Representative.
• Learn and support all routes; run routes during holidays or vacancies.
• Assist in rush deliveries, renewals, audits, training and other tasks.
• Solicit new customers and up-sell/cross-sell lines; ensure profitable mix.
• Maintain route paperwork and ensure timely, accurate deliveries.
• Safely operate delivery vehicle; keep vehicle clean and inspect regularly.
