Alsco Uniforms in Kyle, Texas, seeks a Route Relief/Utility RSR to support the Service Department by covering routes and providing excellent customer service. You will up-sell and cross-sell products while ensuring timely deliveries and accurate route paperwork.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, 21+ years old, and at least one year of safe driving, with strong English communication and customer service skills. Benefits include life and disability insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School graduation or similar experience.
• Valid driver's license; CDL when applicable; be 21 years or older.
• Minimum one year of safe and successful driving.
• Excellent customer service and route sales skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.

Responsabilités

• Cover routes and perform service-related tasks as required.
• Learn and support all routes; run routes as needed for holidays, vacations or vacancies.
• Assist in rush deliveries, renewals, audits, and training as directed by supervision.
• Solicit new customers and upsell/cross-sell across lines of service to maintain profitable product mix.
• Build relationships with customers and ensure outstanding service; resolve concerns with supervision.
