Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is seeking a Route Relief/Utility RSR in the Los Angeles area to support the Service Department, cover routes as needed, and provide superior customer service. The role emphasizes up-selling across lines of service and maintaining accurate route records.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license (CDL when applicable), and at least one year of safe driving experience, with strong English communication and time management skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL if applicable.
• Minimum 1 year of safe driving experience.
• Strong customer service and route sales skills.
• Excellent English communication and time management.

Responsibilities

• Perform all responsibilities of a Route Sales Representative.
• Learn and support all routes; run routes on holidays or vacancies.
• Assist in rush deliveries, renewals, audits and training.
• Solicit new customers; up-sell/cross-sell across service lines.
• Maintain customer loyalty and provide outstanding service.
• Safely operate a delivery vehicle and keep route paperwork current.
