Alsco Uniforms is seeking a Route Relief Utility Driver in the Louisville area. You will deliver products, pick up soiled linens, and provide exceptional customer service on every route.

The role supports service departments, with opportunities to upsell and refer leads to Sales while maintaining accurate records and vehicle readiness. You will need a valid driver’s license (CDL if applicable), a clean driving record, and at least two years of relevant experience in sales, customer service, or

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license (CDL if applicable) and be 21 years or older.
• Driving record free of chargeable accidents, speeding, safety or other violations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; able to follow directions.
• Two years of relevant experience in sales, customer service, delivery, or public-facing work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products and pick up soiled linens on assigned routes safely and on time.
• Provide outstanding customer service to build loyalty and strong relationships.
• Communicate with decision-makers and proactively resolve service concerns.
• Upsell services and promote products; refer leads to Sales.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and maintain truck cleanliness.
