Responsibilities

Mission Linen Supply is seeking a Route Sales and Service Driver - Route Relief. You will be driving and providing services to customers on designated routes in your community. We are looking for highly motivated, sales-oriented drivers. This position involves sales and offers commission based on your development.

The Route Relief Driver pay ranges from $23.14 to $26 per hour, with starting pay based on education, experience, qualifications, and assignment location.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience
• Clean driver’s license
• Ability to drive a 26’ bobtail truck
• Comfortable loading/unloading up to 50 lbs bags of linen daily
• Pass drug tests and clinic physical

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional appearance per company standards
• Solicit new business from prospective customers
• Inform regular customers about new products or services
• Deliver laundry and uniforms to customer locations
• Collect or pick up rejected or unsold laundry and uniforms; load/unload truck
• Build customer goodwill through courteous and helpful service
• Handle customer complaints professionally, keeping supervisor informed
• Manage inventory and follow company policies
• Collect payments, make change, and record transactions
• Obtain customer signatures on invoices
• Record delivery and inventory data daily
• Clean and perform routine maintenance on the truck
• Attend training and departmental meetings
