Job summary

HomeTeam Pest Defense seeks a Pest Control Technician to service residential routes in Florida. You will diagnose pest issues, present solutions, and maintain a professional appearance while working on your own route.

You will keep your pest control license current, attend seminars, and submit accurate service tickets. The role includes a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to safely use a ladder.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid pest control license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners on your route.
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment and uniform.
• Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners, offering additional services or products when needed.
• Maintain your pest control license and attend seminars to keep knowledge sharp.
• Submit legible, accurate service tickets to office staff.
• Stay motivated and focused while working independently.
• Occasionally work Saturdays to finish the week’s route.
