Job summary

Aptive Environmental is seeking a hard-working Pest Control Technician to join our field team in Port Orchard, WA. This full-time role involves traveling to local service sites, applying pest control solutions and maintaining equipment, with weekly reporting to the Fife, WA office.

You'll work in a supportive team, receive paid training, a company vehicle, and benefits including health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with employer match. Overtime opportunities and advancement are available.

Qualifications

• No experience required; we will train you.
• A US driver’s license valid for at least 3 years is required.
• Clean driving record: no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than 2 in the past 4 years.
• A drug test and background check will be performed on all new hires.

Responsibilities

• Running a daily route where you will be resolving customer pest concerns and issues.
• Maintaining truck and equipment in proper working order.
• Keeping accurate records of treatments provided.
• Mixing, applying, and working with pesticides following state and federal laws.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for your customers by implementing the most efficient and overall best pest solution for each customer's individual needs.
• Maintain and service all route customers according to company standards and procedures.
