PestCo is hiring a Pest Control Service Technician in Tacoma, WA, responsible for delivering pest remediation and prevention for residential and commercial customers. You will provide estimates, schedule treatments, and apply the most effective solutions tailored to each client's needs.

The role requires a strong focus on safety, professional appearance, and reliable record-keeping, with potential overtime and benefits as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills across verbal, written, and in-person.
• Excellent customer service and presentation abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and kneel/bend as needed.
• Detail-oriented with reliable record keeping.
• Valid Driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide pest remediation and prevention solutions for residential or commercial properties.
• Estimate and schedule one-time treatments and ongoing maintenance for customers.
• Complete appointments on time following company policies and regulations.
• Act as subject matter expert to determine the best pest solution for each client.
• Maintain safety equipment, uniforms, and company vehicles in good condition.
• Focus on duties during working hours as directed by supervision.
