Job summary

Orkin is seeking a dedicated Pro to service residential and commercial routes in the Cincinnati area. You will participate in award-winning training, enabling you to diagnose problems, plan treatments, and deliver high-quality pest management with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

No prior pest control experience is required and candidates will receive company-paid instruction, a route-based schedule, and opportunities for growth within a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• No pest control experience required; training provided.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Safely and professionally provide the highest level of protection and service on a designated service route.
• Complete award-winning training to learn required skills.
• Follow a route schedule and daily operation plan.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain it.
• Interact with customers with professionalism and integrity.
• Explain actions taken and discuss additional services for peace of mind.
