Job summary

Orkin is looking for motivated individuals to become Pro technicians delivering pest control services across assigned routes. No industry experience is required as Orkin provides comprehensive training and supports growth within the role.

You will operate a company vehicle, follow a route schedule, and engage with customers to tailor pest management solutions while maintaining thorough service records with handheld devices.

Qualifications

• No experience required – we’ll train you to be a Pro!
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within the first 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently, manage route-based assignments and interact with customers.
• We will comply with state and local laws in employment.

Responsibilities

• Operate a pest control service route and complete required training.
• Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within assigned territory.
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services.
• Serve as a problem solver for pest solutions for each customer’s needs.
• Complete service-related documentation using the handheld device.
