Orkin is seeking a dedicated Pro to deliver professional pest control on customer routes. You will receive award-winning training, operate a company vehicle, and help keep homes safe and pest-free.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required – we’ll train you to be a Pro.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license within 90 days (employer-paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with customers.

Responsibilities

• Complete our award-winning training to learn the skills needed to serve our customers.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Follow a route schedule within an assigned territory and ensure timely arrival at each location.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and keep it and equipment clean.
• Maintain professionalism, integrity and empathy with customers and coworkers.
• Be a problem solver for each customer using Orkin Pro expertise to recommend solutions.
• Meet with customers to explain actions, ensure satisfaction, and discuss additional services.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the property to assess pest control needs.
• Communicate actions taken to customers and discuss further services.
• Complete all service-related documentation on a handheld device.
