Job summary

Orkin is hiring as a Pro to deliver pest management solutions across our customer base. This role includes company-provided training, a route-based schedule, and a company vehicle with a gas card.

You will interact with customers to tailor solutions and complete required service documentation using a handheld device. No prior industry experience is required, and you will have opportunities for growth, with benefits like medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required – we’ll train you to be a Pro.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently, manage route-based assignments and interact with our customers.

Responsibilities

• Complete our training and learn the skills required to operate a commercial pest control service route.
• Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within the territory, ensuring timely arrival at each customer.
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional pest management services.
• Serve as a problem solver to determine the best pest solutions for each customer.
• Complete all service-related documentation using the hand-held device for speed and accuracy.
