Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Experience with routing, scheduling, and transportation operations.
• Familiarity with FMCSR and DOT regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Route orders for multiple facilities under time constraints.
• Plan routes, integrate new customers, adjust for seasonality.
• Analyze routes to reduce miles and delivery days/hours.
• Perform standard route maintenance to capture changes.
• Schedule drivers daily/weekly within overtime rules and regulations.
• Maintain daily loading and door information for warehouse.
• Prepare meetings/presentations for sales management and executives.
• Ensure compliance with DOT and other regulations.
• Maintain Roadnet system.
• Prepare reports for sales and management.
• Create proposals for transportation management to improve efficiency, safety and service.
