Job summary

AmeriGas Propane, Inc. is seeking a Routing and Dispatch Coordinator in Canton, OH to schedule, route, and dispatch drivers and service technicians. You will leverage route optimization tools to maximize field resource utilization and ensure strong customer service metrics across locations.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years in routing/logistics and a solid grasp of DOT safety. This onsite role emphasizes teamwork with operations and customer experience groups.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; an associate degree is preferred.
• 3–5 years in operations analysis, routing, logistics, technician scheduling and/or dispatch.
• Multi-location routing experience; propane industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, route, and dispatch delivery drivers and service technicians.
• Utilize route optimization software to create efficient routes and schedules.
• Collaborate with District Operations, Customer Experience, and regional leadership.
