Ronnoco Coffee LLC in Springfield, MO is seeking a Route Operations Manager to oversee daily DSD and service routes within the territory. You will direct a team of route sales associates and technicians, ensure efficient operations, and uphold service standards.

The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, driving process improvements, and coordinating with the sales team to promote products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; or five to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have five years administrative/managerial experience in customer service industry.
• A personal presence which is characterized by a sense of honesty, integrity, and customer focus with the ability to inspire and motivate others to promote the mission, vision, goals and values of Ronnoco Coffee.
• Must display good verbal and written communication skills and be able to professionally receive and follow oral instructions.
• Must possess problem analysis, resolution and active listening skills.
• Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints
• Should have an intermediate level of knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to interpret and perform service using a variety of technical instructions and to demonstrate a strong aptitude in troubleshooting.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex wiring diagrams.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50lbs.
• Ability to climb step ladders.
• Ability to use Smart phone capabilities for work purposes.
• Must display good verbal and written communication skills and be able to professionally receive and follow oral instructions.
• Must possess problem solving skills.
• Team player with the ability to maintain a positive attitude and partner with employees and managers.

Ronnoco Beverage Solutions was born at the 1904 World's Fair in St. Louis. Today, Ronnoco services customers in more than 40 states through DSD and strategic distributors. At Ronnoco, we sell a wide selection of coffee, cappuccino, iced coffee, tea, lemonade and other beverage solutions. We also provide our customers service and graphics support. Our role is to help make our customers happy, serving both them and their customers.

Ronnoco is looking for a Route Operations Manager (ROM) to be located in the Springfield, MO area. The ROM organizes, directs and plans for the daily operations of the DSD and service routes located within the territory in order to achieve department goals and to execute Ronnoco's vision, building and maintaining positive relationships with customers both externally and internally.
