Job summary

FCC Environmental Services, LLC is seeking a driven Dispatch/Operations Supervisor to manage daily route assignments, monitor driver safety and production, and ensure DOT compliance with regulatory and company standards.

You'll coordinate with Safety and HR, resolve driver issues, maintain documentation, and partner with dispatch to deliver reliable service while keeping a union-free workplace and continuous improvement in operations.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily route assignments to ensure all customers are serviced per contract.
• Monitors service, safety and production of drivers on the route.

• Oversees driver compliance with regulations and training.
• Coordinates with Safety and HR for drug and alcohol testing and requirements.
• Maintains DOT documentation and driver time records.
• Works with dispatch and operations to address customer service concerns.
