Job summary

You will monitor driver safety, attendance, and performance, coordinate with dispatch, safety and HR, and drive process improvements across routes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily route assignments to ensure contractual service for customers.
• Monitor service, safety, and production of all drivers on the route.
• Manage driver time/attendance to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Investigate incidents or injuries and suggest training/improvements.
• Coordinate with Safety and HR for drug/alcohol testing and required physicals.
• Maintain communications with dispatch on customer service issues and foreseen challenges.
• Ensure DOT compliance documentation and driver records are properly maintained.
• Promote a union-free workplace where appropriate and feasible.
• Analyze daily route data and propose improvements to Operations Management.
