GreenSpace Recycling is looking for an Operations Manager to lead our Puget Sound team and strengthen day-to-day operations across the market.
This is a hands-on, boots-on-the-ground leadership role, not a desk-only management position. Successful candidates are comfortable working around trucks, dumpsters, and multifamily properties, handling fast-moving operational issues, and doing physical outdoor work in all kinds of weather.
The Operations Manager works directly with the field team: covering routes when needed, completing weekly ride-alongs, and owning scheduling, accountability, customer communication, and daily execution. Administrative and scheduling work may be done remotely, balanced with daily time in the field supporting the team and our customers.
About Us: GreenSpace Recycling provides professional waste remediation services to multifamily communities throughout California, Washington, and Oregon. With over 15 years of industry experience, we're committed to delivering sustainable solutions and improving our field operations and service quality. Our culture is rooted in authenticity, humility, and connection, and our close-knit team is dedicated to making a real environmental impact.
Days of Operation: Sunday–Thursday or Monday–Friday, generally 5 a.m.–5 p.m.
Availability and Requirements: This is a salaried, overtime-exempt position based in the Puget Sound area. Schedules vary with operational needs and will be discussed during the interview process.
Because this role provides direct field and route support and responds to time-sensitive service needs, the Operations Manager must be able to reach Puget Sound sites in approximately 30–45 minutes when on-site support is required. Response times may vary with traffic and operational demands. These expectations apply consistently to all candidates and team members in this role.
GreenSpace covers pre-employment/post-offer screening and certification costs.
