Job summary

Sodexo Group is seeking a Route Operations Manager to oversee daily route operations, lead a team, and optimize scheduling across vending, micro markets, and coffee routes. You will drive profitability while championing safety and service excellence, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve workflows.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 3 years related experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Operational expertise in route management, scheduling, and inventory accuracy.
Leadership experience coaching and developing supervisors and staff.
Customer service mindset with focus on problem resolution and client satisfaction.
