## Operations LeadApplylocations: Paramounttime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: JR106037**Summary**Operations Lead assists the operations and its management team to oversee the daily operations of the collection routes to ensure the highest standards of safety and efficiency are followed.**Job Description*** Assist supervisors with any necessary paperwork and is responsible for the collection routes during supervisor’s absence.* Ensure efficient and safe operation of all collection routes.* Engage employees to create a safe, energetic work environment through feedback and recognition.* Enforce Athens Services safety rules and regulations.
