MOC Products Company is seeking an Assistant Route Manager in Powhatan, VA. This role supports an established customer route by managing inventory, delivering products, and maintaining stock levels while delivering excellent customer service.

You will work alongside a Route Manager, blending warehouse duties with delivery operations. It’s a physically active role with growth opportunities for high performers who demonstrate accountability and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in customer service, delivery, warehouse, inventory or sales preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and move 50 pounds regularly.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic computer and mobile device proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist with inventory management at customer locations.
• Deliver products to customer facilities safely and accurately.
• Stock shelves and organize inventory at customer sites.
• Generate invoices and process customer transactions.
• Track inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs.
• Assist with route planning and daily operational activities.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Operate company vehicles safely and professionally.
• Support warehouse operations as needed.
• Build positive relationships with customers through consistent service and communication.
