Job summary

MOC Products Group LLC is seeking an Assistant Route Manager for our Powhatan, VA operation. This role supports an established customer route by managing inventory, delivering products, and maintaining customer stock levels while providing exceptional service.

You will work with a Route Manager, learning the business, supporting daily operations, and helping ensure customers receive the products and service they need. Opportunities for advancement exist for high performers.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with inventory management at customer locations.
• Deliver products to customer facilities safely and accurately.
• Stock shelves and organize inventory at customer sites.

Position Overview

The Assistant Route Manager supports an established customer route by helping manage inventory, deliver products, maintain customer stock levels, and provide exceptional customer service.

You will work closely with a Route Manager while learning the business, supporting daily operations, and helping ensure customers receive the products and service they need. This role combines warehouse responsibilities, customer interaction, inventory management, and delivery operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous customer service, delivery, warehouse, inventory, or sales experience preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and move 50 pounds regularly
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Basic computer and mobile device proficiency
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

This is a physically active role that requires frequent lifting, driving, walking, and standing throughout the day.
