Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is seeking a Merchandiser Lead to cover multiple routes across Greater Ft Worth, Bridgeport, Saginaw, Decatur, Bowie and nearby areas.

You will merchandise shelves and displays, coordinate with Sales Representatives, and build strong store relationships. This full-time role starts at 5:00 am, requires weekends, and offers competitive pay plus benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401k with match, PTO and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Ability to push/pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Access to a reliable vehicle

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelves, coolers and displays with Keurig Dr Pepper brands in retail stores.
• Coordinate delivery and merchandising schedule with Sales Representatives/Managers
• Build strong relationships with store personnel to ensure customer satisfaction
• Identify incremental sales opportunities for Sales Representatives
• Cover routes and provide merchandising services as assigned
• Work weekends and holidays as required
• Train merchandisers on best practices and assist their growth
