Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper in McKinney, TX is seeking a Merchandiser Lead to cover multiple routes and ensure top-notch in-store execution for our brands.

The role requires customer service experience, ability to lift 50 lbs, a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle; weekend shifts are required with 5 shifts per week starting at 5:00 am.

This is a full-time position with starting pay at $20.54 per hour, moving to $21.61 after six months, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelves, coolers and displays with Keurig Dr Pepper brands in retail stores.
• Coordinate delivery and merchandising schedule with Sales Representatives/Managers.
• Build strong relationships with store personnel to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
• Identify incremental sales opportunities for Sales Representatives to pursue.
• Provide feedback on competitor activities and best practices.
• Cover routes and provide sales/merchandising services as assigned.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.
