Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Merchandiser Lead for Greater Ft Worth, Bridgeport, Saginaw, Decatur, Bowie, Azle, and surrounding areas. You will cover routes, merchandize shelves, and collaborate with Sales Representatives to optimize delivery and in-store presentation.

The role requires 1 year in customer service, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift heavy loads. Flexible weekend shifts and full-time hours are provided with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with Keurig Dr Pepper brands in retail stores.
• Partner with Sales Representatives/Managers to coordinate delivery and merchandising schedule.
• Build effective relationships with store personnel to assure superior customer satisfaction.
• Identify incremental sales opportunities for Sales Representatives to pursue.
• Cover routes and provide sales and/or merchandising services as assigned.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.
